One Night Surcharge: A surcharge of $30 applies for a stay of one night.
Groups: The Carriage and the Studio are adjacent and can easily be rented as one property.

Wired: Wireless broadband internet to all rooms.
Entertainment Each accommodation option has books, games to play and art equipment. No TV. We have provided small stereos and a collection of CDs (we ask that you consider the impact of your musical tastes on others).
Bikes: Bikes are available for guest use – see your hosts!
Wildlife: Surrounding each accommodation are water wise gardens or vegetable patches. Central to the property are two large ponds, with several smaller pools hidden away – with fish, frogs and yabbies.
During summer the frogs can set up quite an orchestra – most people like it and even find it soothing, but Shani finds it hard to sleep some nights so we do provide earplugs in case it all gets too much.
